The match will be streamed to members of the two clubs using a multi-camera set-up.
Yorkshire's players will come off furlough on a part-time basis from June 29, while Lancashire did not take up the option of placing their staff on the government's Job Retention Programme during lockdown.

Their squad is in full training at Chester Boughton Hall Cricket Club, with West Indies taking up facilities at Emirates Old Trafford.
A regional red-ball competition is one of several options to be voted on by county bosses on July 7. The ECB have currently set August 1 as the earliest possible date for the start of the campaign.
Lancashire director of cricket Paul Allott said: “Preparations are starting to ramp up ahead of a county cricket season starting potentially as early as 1 August and this friendly will be a more than worthwhile exercise for our squad.
“We would like to thank Yorkshire for their co-operation and for hosting the fixture at Emerald Headingley, whilst Emirates Old Trafford plays host to England and the West Indies in a behind-closed-doors Test series.”
