Tom Lammonby replaces Romario Shepherd in Karachi Kings squad

The West Indies pace bowler is unavailable due to international commitments

Karachi Kings have signed Somerset allrounder Tom Lammonby for the 2022 Pakistan Super League.

He replaces Romario Shepherd as the West Indian is unavailable due to international commitments.

Lammonby has scored 488 runs at an average of 22 in 30 T20 innings and has an impressive strike rate of 152.

A batting allrounder, he has also picked up 11 wickets in 16 innings at an economy rate of 10 runs per over.

The 21-year-old played three games during the 2021-22 Big Bash but was only called upon to bat once by the Hobart Hurricanes.

At Karachi Kings, he will link up with Somerset teammates Lewis Gregory and Babar Azam.

Karachi Kings are scheduled to get their tournament underway on January 27 when they face Multan Sultans in Karachi.
