Sunrisers Hyderabad were beaten again as Conway guided CSK to a seven-wicket win on home soil
Chennai: Sunrisers Hyderabad 134-7, Chennai Super Kings 138-3 - Chennai Super Kings win by seven wickets
Devon Conway starred for Chennai Super Kings as MS Dhoni's men strolled to victory against strugglers Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Sunrisers have won just twice in six games and were picked off easily by CSK after being restricted to a disappointing total of 134 for 7.
Conway, the New Zealand left-hander, then made light work of that, finishing unbeaten on 77.
Harry Brook made 18 for Aiden Markram's charges at the top of the innings after being inserted in Chennai, but as a team they found it difficult to accelerate, with starts for Abhishek Sharma (34), Rahul Tripathi (21), Markram (12), Heinrich Klaasen (17) and Marco Jansen (17*) all coming at near enough to a run-a-ball.

Mayank Agarwal, down the order at No.6, fell for two in the 14th over, and from 95 for 5 they were restricted to a below-par total by an attack including Sri Lankans Matheesha Pathirana and Maheesh Theekshana – one a slingy fast bowler, the other a wily white-ball spinner.
Ravindra Jadeja accounted for Sharma, Tripathi and Agarwal to finish with 3 for 22.
There was little contest in response despite the fall of three wickets, with Ruturaj Gaikwad run out by Umran Malik and Mayank Markande dismissing both veterans Ajinkya Rahane and Ambati Rayudu for nine apiece.
Super Kings got home comfortably, though, with eight balls to spare.
