The Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission have accused the 29-year-old of failing to provide a blood sample when requested in April
John Campbell, the West Indies opening batter, has been banned for four years after committing an anti-doping rule violation.
The Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO), in an 18-page decision seen by news agency Reuters, charged him with evading, refusing or failing to submit to sample collection.
Campbell failed to provide a blood sample when requested at his Kingston home in April.
His ban is backdated to the date he was notified of the offence on May 10.

Since his international debut in February 2019, Campbell has played 20 Tests, six one-day internationals and two T20Is for the Windies.
"The panel is persuaded to a comfortable degree of satisfaction that the athlete committed an anti-doping rule violation, namely breach of JADCO rule 2.3," the decision read.
"The panel does not find, on the evidence presented, that the athlete's anti-doping violation was not intentional.
"In the circumstances of this case, the athlete is ineligible for a period of four years."
