The ICC has lifted Sri Lanka Cricket's membership suspension with immediate effect.
The suspension was handed down on November 10 due to suspected government interference in the running of cricket in the country and Sri Lanka was later stripped the hosting rights for the Under-19s Men's World Cup, which is currently taking place in South Africa.
Earlier in November, following their dismal Cricket World Cup campaign, Sri Lanka's sports minister, Roshan Ranasinghe, had announced his decision to sack the SLC board and install an interim, government-appointed committee led by former captain Arjuna Ranatunga.

The board was, however, quickly reinstated by Sri Lanka's court of appeal.
The ICC have since been monitoring the situation and believe SLC are no longer breaching membership rules.
In a statement, the ICC said: "SLC was suspended in November for being in serious breach of its obligations as an ICC member, in particular, the requirement to manage its affairs autonomously and ensure that there is no government interference in the governance, regulation and/or administration of cricket in Sri Lanka.
"The board have been monitoring the situation since the suspension and are now satisfied that SLC are no longer in breach of membership obligations."
