Chetan Sharma will continue to take charge of picking the India men's team after being retained as chair of the national selection committee.
Shiv Sundar Das, Subroto Banerjee, Salil Ankola and Sridharan Sharath have filled the other four vacancies following a process lasting nearly two months.
Around 600 applications were received after the BCCI advertised the roles on November 18, 2022, but Sharma remains in place.
The entire panel was removed following India's T20 World Cup exit at the semi-final stage however, they continued to select squads for bilateral series in New Zealand, Bangladesh and at home to Sri Lanka.

Sharma, 56, who played 23 Tests and 65 ODIs for India had been in place since December 2020.
A major hint that he would be given a fresh stint came last week when he was part of the group that reviewed India's performance in Australia and approved a series of changes to player management.
In the original job advert, prospective candidates had to have played at least seven Tests, or 30 first-class matches or 10 ODIs and 20 first-class games.
They had to have retired from the game five years ago and those who had previously served on a cricket committee for a total of five years were ineligible.

The deadline for applications was November 28, after which eleven candidates were interviewed, leading to the five appointments.
The BCCI's Cricket Advisory Committee of Sulakshana Naik, Ashok Malhotra and Jatin Paranjape made the final decision.
Following the six-match white-ball series in Sri Lanka, the men's team head to New Zealand for three ODIs and a trio of T20Is before Australia are the visitors to India for a much-anticipated four-Test series.
