Jack Leach misses out through injury, leading to a change in the spin department, while Mark Wood is replaced by James Anderson, who will operate as the sole seamer
Shoaib Bashir's meteoric rise is set to reach new heights after being confirmed to make his England debut in the second Test against India in Visakhapatnam.
The Somerset spinner, 20, who has played just six first-class matches replaces Jack Leach who is sidelined with a knee problem.
His arrival in India was delayed until last weekend after a delay in obtaining a visa, forcing him to return to the UK to complete the process.
James Anderson will play his 184th Test this week, coming in for Mark Wood as the sole seamer.
England are otherwise unchanged from the dramatic 28-run victory in Hyderabad which gives them a 1-0 series lead with four to play.
Bashir's selection makes him the second debutant of the tour after Tom Hartley played the first Test, returning nine wickets including a match-winning second-innings haul of 7 for 62.

The Surrey native only made his first-class debut seven months ago but impressed England during their Abu Dhabi training camp and since his belated arrival in India.
Test captain Ben Stokes admitted to not having seen Bashir bowl live until the camp and was first aware of his talent after watching a video compilation of him bowling to Alastair Cook posted by the County Championship X (formerly known as Twitter) account.
"Obviously the forced change, Bash coming in for Leachy, was a simple one: one spinner out, one spinner in," said the skipper on Thursday (February 1).
"I think he really enjoyed being in that dressing room. There's no worries and no issues for me that he's been away from the group for a period of time, then coming back in to make his debut. It's not like he's forgotten how to bowl."
Leach got through 36 overs - just 10 in the India second innings - after bruising his left knee on day one of the first Test and there was initially a positive prognosis until he was ruled out earlier in the week.

The headline selection news means the recall of Anderson, who made his Test debut before either Bashir or Rehan Ahmed were born, has flown under the radar.
The Lancashire seamer has 34 Test wickets at 29.32 in India - in only Sri Lanka, Australia and South Africa do his scalps cost more - and he will be the outright seamer after Wood took on the role in Hyderabad.
Even with little swing expected to be on offer, Stokes is unconcerned - head coach Brendon McCullum did tease the potential for an all-spin attack - and expects England's all-time leading wicket-taker to threaten in different ways.
"It goes under the radar how good his record in India is. Considering what Jimmy is going for - 'the swing king' and all that - it just proves how good a bowler he is," added the skipper, who confirmed Wood would have a role to play in the three remaining Tests.

"He has different skill sets that I will be able to exploit in Indian conditions. It's not just picking Jimmy for the new ball, it's the other stuff he possesses as well.
"It's great that Jimmy is doing good things for the old boys out there. It's huge credit and lots of people should look up to Jimmy considering he is where he is at 41."
He added: "Bringing Jimmy in, we just feel like there’s a bit more I can turn to him for. Not only his new ball skills - reverse skills, his off-cutter skills and stuff like that."
The second Test gets underway from the ACA-VDCA Stadium on Friday (February 2).
