What's the match?

Sharjah Warriors face Abu Dhabi Knight Riders in the latest instalment of the ILT20 2023.

When is it taking place?

Start of play is scheduled for 2pm local time (10am GMT) on Saturday, January 28.

Where is the match being played?

The game will be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Who's got the form?

Both sides will be eager to return to action after losing their last matches to bad weather.

Not a single ball was bowled as Abu Dhabi Knight Riders and Gulf Giants' clash was abandoned earlier this week.

And Sharjah Warriors and Dubai Warriors were only able to get through five overs before the inclement weather came.

Warriors sit inside the top four through six matches, with two wins and three defeats.

Knight Riders are routed to the bottom, however, having failed to win any of their matches thus far and are facing an early exit.

What's the key match-up?

Andre Russell is the only Knight Riders batter to reach three figures for tournament runs, scoring 108 at a strike rate of 174.19.

Timing his arrival to the crease correctly will be key but it could mean coming up against Noor Ahmad in the middle overs.

The teenage Afghanistan spinner has returned an economy rate of 7.16 in his four matches, keeping the runs down while taking just a single wicket.

What's the weather forecast?

After some dodgy weather across the UAE, it is expected to be a clear evening in Sharjah with temperatures around 19 degrees Celsius.

What is the team news?

With both sides having seen rain intervene in their last match, unchanged sides are expected.

Warriors were forced into several changes last time out following the departure of their England stars but will continue to be captained by Joe Denly.

What are the squads?
