Nottinghamshire have agreed a deal to sign Leicestershire allrounder Zak Chappell.
The highly-rated 22-year-old will move to Trent Bridge on a three-year contract in the autumn.
Chappell averages 31.29 with the bat and 33.09 with the ball during a 14-game first-class career to date.
“This is a dream move for me and I’m excited to get started at such a prestigious club,” he said.
“Nottinghamshire have a top-quality squad and I think it will be the perfect place for me to take my game to the next level.

“Being able to call Trent Bridge my home and to play alongside the likes of Stuart Broad, Alex Hales and Jake Ball will be a dream come true.”
“We’re pleased that Zak has agreed to join us and can’t wait for him to join up with the squad from the end of the season,” said Nottinghamshire director of cricket Mick Newell.
“He’s a very promising young player, and his ability with both bat and ball is already clear to see. I’m sure he will add quality and depth to our squad for all formats.”
