Fraine made 72 appearances for Yorkshire, scoring 1,638 runs while Shutt took 36 wickets in 32 first-team outings. Yorkshire managing director of cricket Darren Gough has lamented the difficult "decisions" taken by the club
Yorkshire have released pair Will Fraine and Jack Shutt after deciding not to renew their contracts.
Batter Fraine, who played for Nottinghamshire in 2018, made 72 appearances across all three formats during his four-year stint.
The 27-year-old right-hander scored a total of 1,638 runs since making his debut for the club against Durham in 2019 and averaged 18.41 in first-class cricket, 34.05 in List As and 21.29 in the T20 game.
Spinner Shutt made his Yorkshire debut during a T20 against Lancashire in 2019, taking 2 for 31 including the wicket of England international Liam Livingstone.
The 26-year-old, who has spent his entire career at the Headingly-based side having played age-group cricket for the county, took 36 wickets in 32 multi-format appearances.
He took one five-wicket haul during his time with Yorkshire, claiming 5 for 11 in a T20 against Durham also in 2019.

Yorkshire managing director of cricket Darren Gough said: "It's very disappointing to have to let any players go and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each of them for their efforts during their time with the club.
"Unfortunately, we only have a limited squad size and have to make difficult decisions at this time of year as we look to continue to improve our playing squad.
"Will and Jack have always represented the club with pride and have been model professionals in their time with us.
"We thank them for their service with Yorkshire cricket and we would like to wish them every success for the future."
