Yorkshire have announced the signing of Australian Mickey Edwards ahead of the upcoming county season.

Edwards plays domestic cricket for New South Wales and has represented Sydney Sixers in the Big Bash League.
At 28, he has played in fewer than 20 senior matches but did make two outings for NSW in this season's Sheffield Shield - ending four years without a first-class appearance.

He is no stranger to Engish cricket. As an 18-year-old he turned out for Middlesex in the Second XI Championship and last summer played for the Kent second string after a stint with St Lawrence and Highland Court.
"I'm delighted to be joining Yorkshire and can't wait to play for one of the biggest counties in English cricket," said Edwards, who join up with his new teammates on the pre-season tour to Cape Town in March.
"It's a new chapter in my cricketing career and I'm excited to get going. I'm looking forward to meeting up with the lads in Cape Town next month.
"I want to fight for a spot in the England team across all formats and am confident that being at Yorkshire is the best place for me to achieve that."

Edwards has played five first-class matches claiming nine wickets in his time, he has also proven handy in the shorter formats with his best figures of 4 for 31 coming for NSW Blues in the One-Day cup against Tasmania back in October 2017.
Darren Gough, managing director of cricket at Headingley, added: "We've been tracking him over the winter and are excited to be welcoming him to our side. He's got pace, height and skill and will present a real challenge for batters in all formats.
"Mickey completes our strong bowling line-up for the season and we are delighted with the strength and depth that we have. I'm sure our members and supporters can’t wait to see our attack in action soon."
