Head coach Matt Walker has a new batting and bowling lead ahead of the new campaign after the exit of Alex Gidman and Simon Cook's appointment as director of cricket
Kent have added Toby Radford and Robbie Joseph to their coaching team ahead of the 2024 county season.
Radford, the ex-Middlesex and Glamorgan head coach who also worked with the West Indies during their 2012 T20 World Cup win arrives as batting coach.
He wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter): "A new challenge awaits! - I'm really looking forward to working with all the players and staff at Kent Cricket."
Joseph, the Gloucestershire bowling coach since November 2022, is appointed to lead the bowling. He represented Kent from 2004-2011 and again in 2014, taking 230 all-format wickets.
In a statement confirming the move, Joseph said: "It's with mixed emotions that my journey here will come to an end, but this opportunity gives me the chance to be closer to my young family. I'm looking forward to my new journey at Kent – this time as a coach."

Alex Gidman (batting) left Canterbury to link up with England women as Jon Lewis' assistant, while the bowling group is under new leadership after Simon Cook was installed as director of cricket, replacing Paul Downton.
"We're really pleased to have Toby and Robbie join us and complete our coaching setup," said Cook.
"Both will work closely with myself, head coach Matt Walker, and coaches across our talent pathway to help us continue to produce cricketers for Kent & England moving forward."
Head coach Matt Walker will be encouraged by the clarity around both roles, particularly in the batting department which has lacked solidity in recent years, Ryan ten Doeschate and Mike Yardy have recently held the roles.
