England international Tymal Mills has signed a T20 contract extension with Sussex which will take him through to the end of 2026.
The 31-year-old joined Sussex ahead of the 2015 season after rejecting a new contract from Essex and has since taken 114 wickets with an economy of 8.02 in 83 T20 Blast appearances, overtaking Will Beer (106 wickets) as the county's leading wicket-taker in the format.
Last season, Mills took a team-leading 18 wickets with an economy of 8.44 as the Sharks finished sixth in the South Group. He was one of only three Sussex bowlers to take at least 10 wickets.
Over the course of his career, Mills has taken 232 wickets in 193 T20 appearances, including 12 T20I caps for England.

"Tymal is a world-class bowler who brings his A-game every day," said Sussex head coach Paul Farbrace.
"He's a consummate professional and gives so much to this club. We are thrilled he will be helping us drive things forward for the next three seasons."
Mills added: "Next year will be my 10th here, so to knock that one off will be nice and to know I'm staying for two more is great. I've been here a long time now; I call it home. I don't want to play my cricket anywhere else.
"I've really enjoyed working with Farbs [Paul Farbrace] in terms of planning and building the squad and he gave me a lot of responsibility last year and that's going to continue through the next couple as well."
On Sussex's T20 ambitions, he continued: "I make no bones about it, I want to win. I want to be part of a team that's competitive and striving to win.
"The last couple of years has been a bit of a struggle but hopefully I'll continue to try and lead from the front [and] develop the team as best as I can. I understand there's more at stake than just T20 - the club's trying to compete on multiple fronts - but we've got some really talented players.
"I want to be fighting for knockout places. Getting to the quarter-finals is our aim every year and anything short of that is a disappointment."
