Brydon Carse has committed himself to Durham by signing a new three-year deal with the club.
The England bowler, 27, will remain at Emirates Riverside until at least the end of the 2025 campaign.
Carse came through the academy in the north east to make his first-class debut for the county in 2016.
Capable of bowling at real pace, he broke into the England setup in the summer of 2021.

He said: "At this stage of my career committing to Durham is an easy and exciting decision for me. Durham has nurtured me along the way and allowed me to excel into the cricketer I am today.
"They have provided me with support on and off the field over the last eight years. I want to continue pursuing my international ambitions while representing Durham and the north east."
