Michael Neser is looking forward to a full season in Wales after rain hampered his playing chances last year.
The Australian quick took 23 wickets in just five matches last season, as Glamorgan finished bottom of their group in the first round of the LV= Insurance County Championship before finishing third in Group 3.
"I'm really excited to be back and I want to contribute as much as I can to the team," Neser told Glamorgan's official website.
"Last season was a bit frustrating because the weather was bad. We lost a lot of days of play, so hopefully, the weather plays its part this season and I can play a bit more and string a couple of games together and win a lot.
"I think I learnt a lot last year and I'm happy to take that and put it into effect this season and start where I finished off."

Michael Neser is looking forward to the new County Championship season
The 32-year-old will be joined by his Australia and Queensland teammate Marnus Labuschagne, who is expected to miss Glamorgan's opening match but should arrive for their away game at Nottinghamshire.
"He'll be full of beans and ready to go as usual," Neser said. "Marnus is a character, and everyone is really excited for him to turn up and he'll make a big impact that's for sure.
"He makes things exciting and if you do have a day rained out, he makes the changing room quite enjoyable."
Glamorgan made several signings over the winter, including former Hampshire and Kent batter Sam Northeast. Neser felt the new additions improved an already solid squad.
He said: "They're all really good players and I think they are going to add a lot to the squad.
"We had a strong squad to start with and with the new additions it's going to be even better. We're all looking forward to what the season provides."
Glamorgan will get their Division Two campaign under way with a home game against Durham, which is due to start on Thursday (April 7).
