England opener Zak Crawley has signed a contract extension at Kent, keeping him at his childhood county until the end of the 2024 season.
Crawley, who returned to Kent action this week with a hundred in the County Championship draw with Nottinghamshire, was England's leading run-scorer in this summer's Ashes series.
"I love representing my home county and to sign on at Kent for another year is great for me personally," said Crawley.
"I've been really enjoying my cricket this summer and after a winter away further improving my game, I hope to hit the ground running with Kent in 2024."

Crawley has so far made 134 appearances for Kent since his debut in 2017, though those have somewhat dried up in 2023 with his international commitments. He is set to captain England in an ODI series against Ireland later this month.
Kent director of cricket Paul Downton, who is retiring at the end of the season, added: "This summer Zak has once again shown what Kent supporters already knew – he is an opening batter of the highest quality across multiple formats.
"It's fantastic to see a product of the Kent Cricket academy do so well for club and country, and we're delighted to have secured his services for another year."
