The 27-year-old will add pace and energy to the Hawks' bowling line-up, and will give captain James Vince a reliable option with the ball at the death
Hampshire Hawks have signed Australian seamer Nathan Ellis for the T20 Blast.
Ellis, who has three international caps, joins compatriot Ben McDermott in the Hampshire ranks for the 2022 tournament.
The 27-year-old will add pace and energy to the Hawks' bowling line-up, and will give captain James Vince a reliable option with the ball at the death.
He will arrive after taking part in the Indian Premier League, where he is due to be a part of the Punjab Kings squad. Ellis also has plenty of exprerience in the Big Bash, where - like McDermott - he plays for Hobart Hurricanes.
