Neser, who has been a regular overseas recruit at Glamorgan in the recent past, will also be available in the County Championship for Hampshire during his stint
Hampshire have pulled off a coup with the signing of Michael Neser for the period of next season's T20 Blast.
Neser has spent the past three seasons at Glamorgan, impressing with bat and ball, while he has been a regular member of Australia squads.
Most recently, he was part of the Brisbane Heat side that won the Big Bash in Australia.
But the 33-year-old is returning to county cricket with a new side after Hampshire tempted him for the first eight group games of their Blast campaign. Hampshire were Blast semi-finalists in 2023, having won the competition a year earlier.

"I am very excited to have joined Hampshire Hawks for this year’s Vitality Blast and can't wait to join up with the squad," he said.
Nathan Ellis, another Australian seamer, has been crucial for Hampshire in recent T20 seasons, but Hampshire's director of cricket, Giles White, added that he hoped Neser could produce "the same" in terms of Ellis' "very positive impact".
"He adds quality across the disciplines and formats – he also comes with an excellent reputation as a team-oriented player. He has good experience of English conditions and hopefully he can hit the ground running."
