The deals will keep them at the club until 2025, ensuring that Derbyshire keep hold of their brightest talents, having announced Pat Brown's signing from Worcestershire on Monday.
Reece joined the county in 2017 from Lancashire and since then, has amassed more than 5,700 runs and taken 164 wickets across formats.
Came joined more recently in 2021 and scored his maiden first-class hundred earlier this season.
"I feel like I'm in a good position and getting better all the time under this coaching team," said Came. "I've had a good start to the season, and I want to contribute to more wins for this team."

Mickey Arthur, Derbyshire's head of cricket, spoke on the extensions, saying: "Both Harry and Luis have shown great promise this season and their attitude and desire to win is the mentality we want in our dressing room.
"Luis is an experienced allrounder across all formats and is such a useful player to have in our squad. Harry has also shown great promise, but now we're starting to see him deliver on that ability which we're looking forward to seeing flourish over the next two seasons."
Reece added: "This club has become a home to me and I'm so pleased to be extending my stay. We have a great group here; we have ambitious targets and I'm excited to help us reach them."
