Nico Reifer and Nick Kimber have both left the club, with the latter exploring opportunities away from the game
Nathan Barnwell, Yousef Majid and James Taylor have been awarded contract extensions by Surrey.
Barnwell, a fast bowler, made his senior debut in last season's One-Day Cup and has been capped seven times by England Under-19s.
Spinner Majid also made his Surrey bow in the 2022 One-Day Cup and has taken 14 wickets in 11 List A appearances across his short career to date, three of which came this summer.

The 20-year-old has impressed for the 2nd XI this season, taking 10 Championship wickets and a further 16 T20 wickets with an economy of 7.76.
Bowler Taylor, meanwhile, played three times in Surrey's County Championship-winning team in 2022, taking four wickets.
The brother of Northamptonshire bowling allrounder Tom Taylor, the 22-year-old has made 13 senior appearances for Derbyshire and Surrey in his career to date.
Two young players are also leaving the club, with allrounder Nico Reifer and Nick Kimber leaving the Kia Oval. The latter is stepping away from cricket to explore other opportunities.
