Lynn, who made two centuries in the 2022 Blast, has made reaching Finals Day a key goal as he declared he has "unfinished business" in the competition.
"I loved my time at Northamptonshire this year and hopefully I can keep adding that value," he said.
"Whether it's with the bat with runs on the field or adding value off the field, helping the youngsters, the leaders in the team, all the coaching staff – it's something I'm really keen to do.
"The development of the junior lads and all of the players for that matter is a big priority for me as an overseas pro."rage:

Lynn's performances were not enough to propel Northamptonshire into the knockout rounds this season, as a loss of form towards the end of the campaign took its toll and the club finished seventh in the North Group.
He will be available for the whole Blast in 2023 - the tournament is expected to take place in June and July, although a formal schedule has to be decided upon by the counties over the coming weeks.
Steelbacks captain Josh Cobb said: "I'm sure he wouldn't have been short of interest from other clubs, so it's a real sign of what he thinks of the group and the club as a whole that he wants to come back and get us that one step further."
