The 25-year-old quick has previously represented Northamptonshire on the county circuit, predominantly in the T20 Blast, and worked with Ryan Campbell at international level
Brandon Glover has joined Durham on a two-year deal.
The Netherlands international has previously represented Northamptonshire, making appearances in all three formats across three seasons. Most frequently used in the T20 Blast, he picked up 11 wickets and maintained an economy of 9.84 in 14 outings.
On the international stage, the right-arm quick has taken eight wickets in eight ODIs and a further 37 wickets in 24 T20Is.
Commenting on joining Durham and reuniting with Ryan Campbell, his former head coach with the Netherlands, Glover said: "I'm extremely excited to be joining Durham. It presents a new opportunity in a team filled with tremendous players who I can't wait to rub shoulders with.
