The 27-year-old sustained a concussion while playing for Peshawar Zalmi in the Pakistan Super League
Tom Kohler-Cadmore's involvement in the start of the LV= Insurance County Championship season is in doubt as he manages a concussion injury sustained in the Pakistan Super League.
The 27-year-old made two appearances for Peshawar Zalmi in the T20 tournament, scoring 22 runs, with his final appearance coming against Islamabad United on January 30. The injury happened during a match.
Kohler-Cadmore is continuing to experience headaches related to the concussion and missed the club's pre-season friendly against Durham this week.
Yorkshire's medical staff are not putting a timeline on his return to action.
Kohler-Cadmore, a top-order batter, has made 77 appearances across his first-class career, scoring 3,812 runs at 32.30.
Last season, he scored 353 runs at 19.61 in 11 appearances – not standout numbers but his absence would deprive Yorkshire of one of their more experienced batters.
