"Due to a number of injuries to front line batters we’re pleased to have secured the services of two talented young players ahead of a crucial Championship match this week," director of cricket Paul Downton said.
"Both Toby and Ben are looking forward to the opportunity and are both hungry to do well. We look forward to welcoming them into our squad."
Geddes has not made a first-class appearance for Surrey in 2023 but averages 42.71 from his five games at the top level.
Albert has played one first-class game for Hampshire but has yet to feature in the Championship. He made 69 not out against a touring Sri Lankan development squad last summer.

Kent sit third from bottom of Division One and are in the midst of a relegation battle, with each of the two teams below them - Northamptonshire and Middlesex - having played a game fewer.
The fitness problems extend beyond the batting unit, with Nathan Gilchrist (leg), Michael Hogan and Marcus O'Riordan (shoulder) all missing as well.
Alex Blake's white-ball contract has been renegotiated to ensure he can feature. Arshdeep Singh plays his final game for the club this week.
Grant Stewart is away on international duty with Italy.
