@George . I wonder if "Cricket Organisations" as in "can also be held accountable for, and are liable for, the acts, omissions and statements of all those who are its paid or unpaid employees, agents, officers of committees or committee members". includes local clubs? It has in other domains. Might explain the push for compulsory county affilation we are seeing in some areas.
