South Africa have named a 21-strong preliminary squad for this summer's Commonwealth Games.
The Proteas include Dane van Niekerk in the initial group, though the national captain still needs to make a full recovery from the fractured ankle which ruled her out of the World Cup earlier in the year.
Familiar names include Marizanne Kapp, Ayabonga Khaka, Lizelle Lee, Chloe Tyron, Shabnim Ismail, Mignon du Preez, Laura Woolvardt and Sune Luus.

The squad will need to be trimmed to 15 in time for the tournament, which runs from July 29 until August 7 in Birmingham. The announcement of the final set of players is due by July 12.
Delmi Tucker is the only uncapped player named in the 21.
South Africa feature in a group with host nation England, Sri Lanka and New Zealand, with all matches to be played at Edgbaston.
