"A brilliant bat I would recommend"

"Incredible. Very nice pick up. The sort of bat anyone in the order could use."
If you are going to write up a cricket bat review on the cheapest bat available to the testers, it's universal appeal is a very solid start.
The SF Incredible 1000 raised a few eyebrows on the day as a brand many were unfamiliar with. But it goes to show it’s not all about stickers and history as it ranked joint-sixth of the 22 bats tested.
The Cricketer’s Nick Friend commented: "I played really nicely with it, which influenced my vote. A brilliant bat I would recommend."
An overall score of 7.7 puts it firmly in the mix with the more established Gunn & Moore and New Balance options on the day and it didn’t disappoint.
One student said: "Light, but it swung well and the middle was pingy."
While another had their opinions altered upon use, saying: "Better than I thought, middle nicer than pick-up."
With a price tag of just £160 this might be the best value you’ll find in cricket in 2025 outside of a £1 digital subscription to The Cricketer.
