This year, The Cricketer is celebrating its 100th birthday, and we want the help of county cricket fans in commemorating the moment.

We are running public votes to find each county's County Championship team of the past century - from 1921 until the present day.

We've nominated a shortlist of batsmen, bowlers, wicketkeepers and allrounders, all you have to do is choose your favourites (you can also suggest players who have not made the cut). You can name two overseas players in your XI.

Vote for your Durham team of the centenary below!

Would like to have avoided having 4 number 11s but just going with best bowlers Durham has produced. Simon Brown carried the attack in early years without really getting the plaudits. Just not a side to play on a late 2010s Taunton wicket (before it was transformed into a seamer's paradise). Not in my team but best batsman to watch in top form was Martin Love. All seamers rubbished for taking cheap wickets at the Riverside but no one gives Stoneman or Borthwick any credited for the runs they scored on the same pitches!

Only 27 years to choose from. Only Borthwick to bowl spin, but the Riverside is unhelpful to finger spin and four Test seamers will take 20 wickets not only at home but anywhere. Look at the great West Indian side. Venuto, Benkenstein, Collingwood and Borthwick have all batted in Championship winning sides. Mustard a shoe in as Wicketkeepr/ Batsman. Sangakara though he did not play for us for long or perform as well as he has done elsewhere, is the best overseas batsman to play in the UK for the last 20 years since Brian Lara. The allrounder is the best in the World currently.
