Dwayne Bravo, Faf du Plessis and Colin Munro are among more than 100 players to declare an interest in being selected for the 12th edition of the competition
The Big Bash League's first overseas player draft will include Rashid Khan, Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo after they were among the first tranche of players to enter themselves for selection.
More than 100 players have registered their interest in being selected as overseas players for the 12th edition of the competition. The draft itself is expected to take place in August.
T20 legends Pollard and Bravo are among 14 West Indian players to enter, while Faf du Plessis, Marchant de Lange and Rilee Rossouw make up the South Africa contingent.
Rashid, the highest overseas wicket-taker in BBL history with 92 in 61 games, is one of eight Afghanistan players to nominate themselves.
Qais Ahmad, Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Naveen-ul-Haq are also available for selection.
David Wiese of Namibia and New Zealand pair Colin Munro and Todd Astle complete the list of names confirmed by Cricket Australia.

Both Munro and Qais are eligible for retention by holders Perth Scorchers and Melbourne Stars respectively, having represented them last season.
BBL player acquisition and cricket consultant Trent Woodhill said: "To receive nominations from players such as Rashid Khan, Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo demonstrates the attention on the BBL in the global marketplace thanks to the draft."
