Who's got the form?

England have struggled in recent ODI series, with a whitewash defeat in a three-match series in Australia and a 2-1 defeat in South Africa. Matthew Mott's side have suffered from fixture congestion and constant changing team's due to key players missing.

Bangladesh on the other hand created history, defeating India at home 2-1 across a three-match ODI series in December.

What's the head-to-head record?

Matches played (in Bangladesh): 10

Bangladesh wins: 2

England wins: 8

The last meeting of these sides in an ODI in Bangladesh came in 2016.

What is the weather forecast?

Hot and dry. Temperatures should exceed 30 degrees Celsius throughout the ODI tour, and there is very, very little chance of rain.

Who are the favourites?

Odds to be confirmed.

Prediction?

This is a fascinating encounter between and out-of-form England and a dangerous Bangladesh side on home turf. England will have to counter slow and slow pitch conditions and the absence of key stars to grind out a result. They'll do it, but only just. 2-1 away series win.

Where to watch?

England's tour of Bangladesh will be shown live on Sky Sports after they agreed a deal to show the matches. The ECB will also stream the games on their website.

Live radio commentary of this series will be available through talkSPORT.

The Cricketer will carry match coverage across all its digital platforms.
