The Cricketer rates the individual performances of every player during the third ODI between Bangladesh and England
In the third ODI in Chattogram, Bangladesh defeated England by 50 runs to avoid a series whitewash.
Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mustafiqur Rahim and Shakib Al Hasan all scored half-centuries as Bangladesh set England 247 to win.
Shakib then took 4 for 35 to help Bangladesh to a comfortable win, becoming the first Bangladesh bowler to take 300 ODI wickets in the process.
The Cricketer rates the performance of every player from the third ODI...
Tamim Iqbal (11 & DNB): Hit a couple of nice boundaries but undone by Curran's swing. Used his bowlers well. 4
Litton Das (0 & DNB): Gone in the first over on Friday, gone in the first over today, both times to Curran. Odd shot to wrap up a series to forget. 1
Najmul Hossain Shanto (53 & DNB): A second ODI half-century for Shanto, who was solid in defence and attack during Bangladesh's rebuild. Barbecued by Mushfiqur but his dismissal shouldn't overshadow a good performance. 7
Mushfiqur Rahim (70 & DNB): The other half of a dangerous 98-run third-wicket stand and far and away his best knock of the series. Will be disappointed not to have pushed on a century after looking solid throughout. Tidy with the gloves. 7
Shakib Al Hasan (75 & 4-35): Injected some energy into the innings following Mushfiqur's exit but ran out of support. Picked up two of three wickets to fall in an eight-ball collapse which derailed England's chase and later accounted for Vince. Shakib at his best. 8.5

Mahmudullah (8 & DNB): Smashed Rashid for six, departed two balls later - not particularly sensible shot selection. Held onto two catches early in England's chase. 3.5
Afif Hossain (15 & DNB): Stuck around with Shakib but hasn't done enough with the bat this series. 3
Taijul Islam (2 & 2-52): Recovered from an expensive start with the ball to take two important wickets. 6.5
Ebadot Hossain (1* & 2-38): Justified his selection with two big wickets - Malan and Moeen - and was Bangladesh's most economical bowler. Always a threat with the ball. 7.5
Mustafizur Rahman (0 & 1-25): His best peformance of the series and finished with a smile after picking up the match-winning wicket. 6.5

ENGLAND
Jason Roy (DNB & 19): Fine catch in the deep to remove Shakib. Started brightly but quickly got bogged down with the bat. 3.5
Phil Salt (DNB & 35): Flew out of the blocks but couldn't capitalise on a good start. 5
Dawid Malan (DNB & 0): Two-ball duck. Not great. 1
James Vince (DNB & 38): Fairly hideous fielding display on the boundary. Top-scored with the bat but unlike Malan in the first ODI, he couldn't kick on. 5.5
Sam Curran (2-51 & 23): Picked up two early wickets but expensive at times, leaking eight boundaries and three wides. Steadied the ship with Vince before getting out to a rather needless shot. 6

Jos Buttler (DNB & 26): Scored briskly before being trapped lbw. Should probably have stuck around to see England home. 5
Moeen Ali (0-48 & 2): Conceded a couple of boundaries but kept his economy below six. Didn't contribute with the bat. 5
Chris Woakes (1-27 & 34): Understated and economical with the ball. Did his best with the bat as England's innings crumbled. 7
Rehan Ahmed (1-62 & 2): Expensive but produced good variations and probably deserved a wicket on debut. 5
Adil Rashid (2-21 & 8): Two big wickets in Mushfiqur and Mahmudullah and once again showed his value with the ball. 7
Jofra Archer (3-35 & 5*): Drastically cut down the extras which plagued him in the series opener and bowled tidily throughout the phases. Deserved his three wickets. 7
