Mason Crane has conceded the most runs by an England player on Test debut.
His maiden Test has been something of a baptism of fire, blending a mix of excitement, promise and disappointment under a burning Sydney sun.
Crane conceded 193 runs in Australia's innings of 649 for 7d, surpassing the 166 conceded by Devon Malcolm against the green and gold at Trent Bridge in 1989.
Of course, these numbers must be taken with a pinch of salt.
