Josh Tongue has been included in the England side for the second Ashes Test at Lord's.
The Worcestershire seamer only made his international debut against Ireland earlier this month, but he will be thrown into the depths of the historic rivalry as the replacement for Moeen Ali.
Moeen injured his spinning finger during the first-Test defeat at Edgbaston and, while he has returned to nets with England this week, the team's management have opted to go with a four-pronged pace attack as they look to pull themselves level in the series.
Tongue is preferred to Mark Wood, the Durham quick, who is not at 100 per cent fitness. Matthew Potts and Chris Woakes also miss out, while James Anderson remains in the XI despite a quiet first Test.

Joe Root will be England's only recognised spin option. Root bowled 22 overs across Australia's two innings at Edgbaston, showing impressive control on the final day when filling in for Moeen.
However, increasing his workload - given his importance with the bat - is a risk for England.
Tongue's inclusion suggests Ben Stokes is not about to take on a great deal of bowling work at Lord's. The England captain said after the Edgbaston defeat that his troublesome left knee had felt fine after a seven-over stint on the last day, but picking four frontline quicks for the following match would suggest otherwise.
The selection also, in theory, extends England's batting tail. While Robinson looked as competent with the bat in the first Test as he has throughout his international career, he will move up to No.8 for Lord's.
The second Test is set to get under way on Wednesday (June 28).
