England have named an unchanged 14-strong squad for the fourth Ashes Test against Australia at Old Trafford.

Seamer Ollie Robinson suffered a back problem during the three-wicket win, only bowling 11.2 overs in the Australia first innings and didn't take the ball in their second, but retains his place.

Dan Lawrence remains the spare batter with Ollie Pope ruled out of the series with a shoulder injury, while there is no recall for the latter's Surrey teammate Ben Foakes despite Jonny Bairstow enduring an error-strewn match in Leeds.

Bairstow put down several chances behind the stumps and failed to pass 12 in either innings on his home ground. He is averaging 23.50 with the bat in six innings, with one fifty, since returning to the side from several months out with a broken leg.

Foakes maintained his impressive red-ball season (482 runs at 43.81) with a resilient 46 on day one of the County Championship match against Nottinghamshire at the Kia Oval but head coach Brendon McCullum and captain Ben Stokes have put faith in the same group that triumphed last week.

Elsewhere, there is no return also for Durham seamer Matthew Potts and Leicestershire spinner Rehan Ahmed, who were previously part of the squad earlier in the series.

The two sides resume hostilities at Old Trafford from July 19, with Australia leading 2-1 with two Tests to play.

The series then heads to the Kia Oval for the fifth and final Test from July 27.
